If you watch some of his early stuff he used to do these speeches outside on train tracks on his own - now look at him. I feel like the best moitvational speakers are the ones who have lived the grind you know? I complete agree SIRT - how does he find the words! However he does - he is always absolutely spot on! ET's vids are always so good and get me right in the mood for the day (the Motivation Mood lol see what I did there...).
